Tandem HR, a Chicago based human resource (HR) solutions company, was incorporated in 1998 by Bruce Leon. With over 25 years in the insurance industry, Bruce recognized a need among clients for full service HR. Bruce started with three employees and a handful of clients and has grown to a staff of 65 servicing over 5,000 client employees. Bruce attributes the steady growth of his company to his dedicated staff and loyal customers. Nearly 80% of new business is attributed to word-of-mouth referrals.
