Payroll Tax Accountant - Importing and reconciling daily tax files, processing tax payments, preparing information for tax audits, reconciling 941 forms, reconciling all tax accounts to general ledger, auditing tax rates, and performing annual unemployment audit rates.

Bilingual HR Generalist - Translating for clients the human resources policies and practices, conducting new hire orientations, preparing employee separation notices, documenting human resource actions with reports and proper forms, and translating employee communication materials.

HR Manager (Client Company) - processing bi-weekly and monthly payroll, administering benefits, compliance with local, state, and federal laws, hiring and recruitment of staff, reporting functions, development and administration of plant-wide safety and health programs, and employee relations within a manufacturing environment.

Sales Manager (Client Company) - Responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities. Establishing plans and strategies to expand the customer base and contribute to the development of training and educational programs for clients and sales team members. Strong networking skills are required.

General Manager ( Client Company) - Ensuring the company's operations are effectively controlled and administered in line with corporate objectives and policies. Directing and coordinating activities of business or departments concerned with the production, pricing, sales, or distribution of products/ services.

Benefits Specialist - Assisting in the administration of various employee benefit plans such as life, health, dental, and disability insurances. Responsible for processing employee new hires, annual open enrollment, conducting new hire orientations, assisting employees with eligibility and coverage issues, and maintaining employee benefit files.

Help Desk Administrator - This is an entry level position assisting with new employee setup and IT orientations, providing hardware and software support to end users, managing help-tickets, administering user privileges, and installing, upgrading, and troubleshooting computer issues.
